If you are an overseas customer and you want to purchase more than 3 shirts, shipping internationally can become very expensive. We've determined that it can be cheaper to ship the order in 2 different shipments, this is why our international shipping charges are much more expensive as you buy more.
Purchases are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your payment. If there will be a delay in getting your order out (e.g. due to an item being out of stock), you will be contacted via email. Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Priority shipping typically takes 3-7 days (we are based in NJ, so orders to the western part of the US will take a little longer).
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from us after your order has been shipped. USA orders will include a delivery confirmation tracking number. You will be able to track the shipping status of your package at www.usps.com.
We ship internationally with USPS Global Priority mail whenever we can. As for international shipping time, about 2 weeks is about the usual with the Global priority mail (USPS), it's pretty reasonable. Customs forms will be marked with the actual value of the items in your order. Depending on your country's policies, you may have to pay import tax on some items.
Products are shipped using the most energy efficient methods possible. We use recycled Tyvek shipping envelopes vs. boxes where possible (without compromising product safety or course). The Tyvek holds up better and is tearproof and water resistant.
I need my order ASAP - do you ship Express?
Express Shipping is not something we regularly offer, however if you need to get something extra quick, we'll see what we can do. Please contact info@retrorebirth.com with the items you wish to purchase and your mailing information. We'll email you back and let you know if this is possible and what the Express shipping costs would be.
Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Retro Rebirth, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing T-shirts, coasters, and mousepads will be listed in a way similar to the following example:
